Once a course or study material is purchased, no refund will be issued under any circumstance. This applies to both online and offline payments. However, if you face any technical issues or course access problems, our support team will promptly assist you to resolve them.

3. Course Exchange Policy

MRCPGuidelines does not allow course exchanges. Once you enroll in a course, it cannot be transferred, exchanged, or swapped for another program. Each course purchase is tied to your account and access is strictly individual.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Although refunds are not normally issued, in exceptional and verified cases (such as duplicate payments or system errors), a refund may be approved. Please allow 7–10 business days for such transactions to process after approval.
